2 dogs found in Applebee's parking lot. Someone drove up, threw their dog bed on the ground and then tossed them out of the car. Small brown pit bull mix and black lab mix or black Sheppard mix, both females, very sweet, had collars on and one was a shock or containment collar. Both are approx. 2-3 years old.

Black dog has brown undercoat splotches throughout.
